Came from the South Park page? Themesong here

If you have nothing to play OGG files, you could try:
For Windows Media Player: see http://www.vorbis.com/setup_windows/.
There are also other audio players that natively support ogg files: (In no particular order) XMPlay, WinAmp, Foobar2000, VLC Media Player, and many others.

Some programs may not play my later .it files correctly, as some like to treat the stereo samples as mono.

Using these songs for non-commercial/not-for-profit purposes or making free remixes is fine. I'd be interested to know, though.
(However, the remixes I've made of songs that are not mine shouldn't be used unless the original author is okay with it.)

I've added a column due to the randomosity here - a scale of how much I might recommend a song be listened to.
The scale is 1 to 5. 1 meaning "I think it's okay, might be worth a listen", 5 meaning "I think it's worth a listen".
(Not 1 being "terrible music", and 5 being "great music" as one would expect.)

5Revenge of the Squirrels(archive.org)04/19/068:23Download here: http://www.archive.org/details/Ashrilyn/. This ends up as somewhat of a remix of timegame02c.it. It did not start as one, but I thought it had similarities in tempo and style, and so I made it into a remix near the end.
timegame02c.itit (110k)03/04/060:53Created for Rail Blaster, in the TINS 06 competition. Main level music. Public domain song.
time_castle01b.itit (130k)03/04/061:24Also created for Rail Blaster. Alternate level music. I named this time_castle as it reminds me of Castlevania music in ways. Public domain song.
5Ashrilyn(archive.org)03/17/064:41Download here: http://www.archive.org/details/Ashrilyn/. A new remix of my old theme. Older (lo-fi) versions include: ash_2.it, dark_ash4c.it, and ashr.it. My new theme is a collection of bits and pieces of them all, but borrows the most from ash_2.it. ashr.it also has bits of The Vampire and Shapeshifter.
5Upload Upload (unfinished 01)ogg (1.50MB), it (tbz) (1.87mb)02/24/061:47A danceish piece, though it has a touch of... another kind of dance in it, not the usual "electronic dance" style. I quite like how this one turned out.
5Upload Upload (unfinished 01 alt)ogg (1.27MB), it (tbz) (1.53MB)02/24/061:47Same song, different instruments. This one has a more folky, cleaner sound to it.
Garbage Dump Industryit (tbz) (3.02MB)02/21/065:28A sort of slow, depressive industrial-type song.
5The Dragon(archive.org)12/11/055:45Download here: http://www.archive.org/details/Ashrilyn/. I think this has a fantasy sound to it, a kind of fake orchestraic sound. Probably a little too heavy on the reverb. This is actually a remix of an older song of mine, My Forest. Much improved. Note: thedragon05.it will not sound the same without the proper VST effects.
3Pirate Song (version 3)ogg (1.71MB)12/24/052:13Arr, matey.
Pirate Song (keyboard)ogg (1.16MB)12/16/051:20This is a recording of me playing my Yamaha PSR-295 keyboard through midi. The Superwave P8 VST is generating the sound. Being just one sound, it's not as varied as the other Pirate Song.
3Chordsit (237k)2/04/063:12A kind of soft song. I found by downsampling the samples, it sounded roughly the same, but wasn't 1.34MB.. I think I've done these notes somewhere before.
3Germanium (remix)it (2.91MB)01/08/063:18 A remix of Scrap Heap's song Germanium (87.9k) from his album The Elements. I quite like how this turned out. It reminds me of music from the Descent game series. (I also enjoy the original song.)
1G-Amp Test (version 4)ogg (2.72MB)02/04/063:31This started out as a test of the "G-Amp" VST effect, but has been developing into a song..
G-Amp Test (old version)ogg (426k)12/06/051:04Older version of my "g-amp test". To get the "unamped" version, without g-amp applied, click here. Yes, it is identical except that I don't have G-Amp applied.
Jazzy Songogg (1.94MB)12/22/052:26It's not really jazzy. The drums almost seem to lag on the beats. I was trying out some different drums and sounds from my Yamaha PSR-295.
Forest Timeogg (2.91MB)12/02/053:19The part beginning around 0:46 strongly reminds me of something I may have heard before, but I can't figure out what.
3Shapeshifter (rock mix version 3)ogg (2.50MB)12/28/053:11Yet another remix of my song Shapeshifter. Using a few samples created from G-amp Test.
Piano Songogg (6.07MB)12/28/057:28This starts off with a little piano and drums, but then goes on to various chords with string instruments and such. It has a little of what I think of as an asian sound to it partway through the song. Most of the song does not have drums.
Piano Song (song 2)ogg (1.69MB)12/28/052:08This is what part of Piano Song ended up sounding like, until I changed it. This has a kind of video-game dance sound.
Razz (remix, version 3)ogg (1.50mb), psy02/04/061:37A partial remix of Scrap Heap's song Razz, from Regressions in Succession. Not much more than a change of instruments, really.
Triangulationogg (871k)11/01/052:20Mostly, I was trying out a custom sound I made for the Superwave P8 VST.
Unsureogg (1.59MB)11/01/053:43
1Sly Timeogg (2.84MB), psy09/29/054:07This has a swing beat to it, and a sort of stealth feel, and a video game feel. I called this Sly Time as it makes me think of Sly Cooper for some reason.
1Sly Time (action)ogg (751k), psy09/29/050:57A faster, more lively version of Sly Time.
Sly Timeit (446k)10/01/051:16
+0:57
This is where I originally came up with the "action" mix of Sly Time. (Seek to the second song, starting at about order 11.) The first part is just a remix of some of an earlier version of Sly Time.
5Darkness09/22/055:45Download here: http://www.archive.org/details/Ashrilyn/. This is the second version of Darkness. I preferred it, thus it is the main version. This has a.. well, darker feel to it. Alternate drums, better in my opinion.
5Darkness (alternate)it (1.79MB)09/22/055:45
+2:14
This is the original version of Darkness. This also contains a second section (which XMPlay is apt at finding. You can also try to skip to position 56.). I was just playing around a little.
Panicit (548k)09/17/051:30This was mostly an experiment with drums, trying to do a breakbeat (one based on one from Rebirth). If you notice, the quick ta-ta-ta/ta-ta-ta part that comes in at about 0:45 - I used that afterwards in Darkness (at about 0:51). Albeit at 150bpm rather than 170.
Tunnel (rubberband)it (208k)09/10/053:19The original version of Tunnel, using recordings of rubberbands for samples (including the drums, though some could arguably be recordings of a computer fan). The "main" version, tunnel.it, sounds much better yet I think this one has its own kind of charm.
5Tunnelit (697k)09/10/055:30Some mod players may not play this correctly if they like to treat the samples as mono. Using samples of the Superwave P8 VST, StringSynth VST, and the drums are from Rebirth.
Tunnel (edit)it (482k)09/10/054:36The instruments in some parts are taken out or changed, giving the song a more laid-back sound (in my opinion), less strings and more bass.
Modlike (unfinished)ogg (1.14MB)08/26/052:48I called this Modlike as it reminds me of old/classic mod files. I get the feeling I've accidentally remixed or ripped something off, though.
Ninjaogg (608k), psy08/21/051:25Also available are the title mix and character select mix versions. Made to sound something like a Commodore 64, but it is actually all of Psycle's doing. Also available is a SID version.
This song is used in the South Park flash game, Cripple Fight.
Ninja (edit)ogg (447k), psy08/22/051:00A slightly faster version of Ninja. More drum based, less melodic parts. Just an alternative version of the song. I like both versions, they are better in their own ways.
Ninja 2005ogg (576k), psy08/21/051:25Version of Ninja using samples of the Superwave P8 VST. I believe it sounds less defined and more loose than the original version.
Ninja 2005 (edit)ogg (418k), psy08/24/051:25Superwave P8 version of Ninja (edit).
5Okta-xy-geen (Ashy Mix)ogg (3.10MB), psy06/29/053:19RemixA loose remix of Skaven's Okta-xy-geen, loose in that it doesn't follow the original song structure, but it is most definitely a remix. Just not a cover. :)
5Space Underground(archive.org)06/17/052:53Download here: http://www.archive.org/details/Ashrilyn/ (Originally titled "Metroidian"). I started out with C# and E, which I think are the notes used in the NES Metroid "Brinstar" music. Likewise, I did the bass in a similar way to the song. Otherwise, it is original.
5Dark Wave(archive.org)05/29/054:35updateDownload here: http://www.archive.org/details/Ashrilyn/. Mostly using the Superwave P8 VST instrument. (Samples of it, actually. Using the actual VST crashes my Psycle rather often.)
Going Nowhereogg (3.39MB), psy05/29/054:44updateEdit of Going Nowhere, with some suggestions from a friend (and an idea of my own).
1The Stormogg (3.69MB), psy05/17/055:07Started on the pleasant, rainy morning of April 25th. A small part of this song reminds me of The Thieves, around 1:04.
Waterfallogg (3.38MB), psy05/17/054:08A quiet, more relaxing sort of song. I think.
FM Staticogg (758k), psy05/16/051:39Just a sort of experiment. Not too melodic, yet I like some of what I did. That isn't actually FM radio static, it is just Psycle - a generator or two put through the Ninereeds Fractal Distortion effect (and a lowpass filter). :)
The Thievesogg (3.73MB), psy04/29/054:44RemixA remix of Lord Performer Artworx (LPA)'s thieves.mod, which I quite like (but only at 125 BPM. :) The first thieves.mod I heard was not the one on his website.) The sample I created only sounded right when slightly out of tune (finetuned to -64). I have another The Thieves remix in .it format, and an alternate version.
Accurate Captainogg (1.08MB), psy04/19/052:09RemixA rearrangement/remix of darknux's "Accurate Captain". It uses many of the original notes/chords.
Techno Upogg (1.08MB), psy04/08/051:55
Backwards Old Pathsogg (677k)04/13/051:16My "Taking Old Paths", reversed. It makes me think of Daft Punk's "Funk Ad". I believe it's the drums.
3Asteroid Fieldogg (2.30MB), psy04/03/053:44
cannonangel2dogg (1.15MB), psy03/12/051:34RemixUnfinished. A sort of "test remix" of Skaven's "Cannon Angel"
4Wario Walkogg (888k), psy03/19/051:07Original song by me, but it reminded me of Wario Land 4 music.
The Vampireogg (1.08MB), psy03/12/051:29mine/RemixUnfinished. Remix of my "The Vampire"
omf_title2cogg (1.80MB), psy03/12/052:29RemixUnfinished. One Must Fall 2097 title/menu music

kick.wav - This serves as the drums (all of them) used in Wario Walk, and is used in some of my other songs. It is a sound from my Yamaha PSS-270 synth. It sounds much better, and quite different, with reverb added.

Here is a list of programs I use to compose music or create these files.
They are generally Windows programs, but alternatives or versions of the programs for other operating systems may exist.

psyPsycle 1.8.0TrackerMy favorite tracker nowadays. I like its sound, and enjoy playing with it.
it, s3mModPlug Tracker 1.16.0203TrackerI originally used Scream Tracker 3 (DOS), then moved to Impulse Tracker (DOS), and finally Modplug Tracker (Win32).
sidGoatTracker 1.52Tracker
bmx, bmwJeskola BuzzTrackerI have created some Buzz songs in the past.
oggoggdropXPd 1.1Encoder/DecoderI use this to encode wav files as ogg. I am still using 1.1 rather than the latest version. It works, at any rate.
wavAudacityAudio EditorI use this to edit the wav files I generate from Psycle. (Generally just adding a slight fade to the beginning or end to ensure they loop better.)
